  beauty!

  The Colonnade has such an iconic facade that looks like origami boxes, think it's called modernist. love living in this work of art, indeed feels like i'm living in a bungalow in the sky with added bonus of high ceiling, double-volume living area and large balconies for my plants and barbecues.

  close to town

  located at Grange Road near the heart of Singapore's shopping belt Orchard Road. has been hard to curb my shopping habit since moving into The Colonnade. no regrets as the finishes are top tier and space is large with lovely natural light

  rental gem

  The Colonnade is the perfect rental property, near town and good home for my family. happy i got a higher floor unit as there's some traffic noise facing the busy Grange Road. those who aren't so mobile might find the duplex tricky due to the stairs, so I didn't choose that as I have an elderly living with me

  Not very convenient

  dining room upstairs living room downstairs very expensive for only 2 bedroom and a study room without windows - Just a bus number 75 very near

  Uncommon and possibly abusive clauses in the

  Pontiac Land requires tenants to repaint all walls and ceilings and repolish all wooden and marble floors, regardless of the condition of the unit at the end of the lease, even if pristine.
