  Not very convenient

  dining room upstairs living room downstairs very expensive for only 2 bedroom and a study room without windows - Just a bus number 75 very near

  Uncommon and possibly abusive clauses in the

  Pontiac Land requires tenants to repaint all walls and ceilings and repolish all wooden and marble floors, regardless of the condition of the unit at the end of the lease, even if pristine.
