  Bad balcony design

  Zigzag balcony design means that one level has a shorter balcony that gets sheltered by above, and the neighbour above has an extended balcony that open to catch all sorts of rubbish.

  Near MRT and JB causeway

  If you always travel in and out of JB, this EC is convenient because it's near the MRT and causeway. Imagine getting stuck at customs for hours, but your home is just nearby? Heng ah!
