  Peace & serenity tugged in the heart of city

  Stayed over a year. Loved the convenience and neighbours here. Cozy and walking distance to both local and western food. supermarket in just at front gate.. fridge is always with fresh groceries. International schools nearby too

  One of best value property in town. Excellent place to stay with amenities and superb as investment.

  Great value

  Stayed for relatively short period and definitely felt great to reside in the heart of town. Amenities on this stretch aplenty with NTUC Fairprice less than 3mins away and coffeeshops/restaurants 5mins away so breakfasts and suppers are of no issue. Short walk to Orchard Central also means access to MRT via Somerset. The other side is River Valley and Robertson Quay for those who enjoy evening drinks.Communal space is considered small but has the necessary. Enjoyed the sizable pool/gym and the quiet space. Definitely better than most of the small devt around.Although the build quality is mediocre, the interior feels posh with branded fittings such as Hansgrohe and Gaggenau. The duct a/c as well as the built-in kitchenette also give a hotel feel.Definitely one of the best devt in the area and of great value.

  Located at the dead end of a minor road and has a very modern feel design with rather loud square feel
