Quiet Estate
The estate is laid-back and quiet but i noticed birds living within the roofs of several units. Residents need to trek a muddy path to main road if they are not driving. There is minimal open space and under the new URA regulations in 2014, developers will not be able to fit in as many unit/floor area when enbloc. -
