  Potential of Development

  This property has no facilities, no enbloc potential, no visitors parking lot, no lift, split level on each storey, high maint fee compared to other nearby property with facilities.

  Potential of Development

  Went to view the apartment. No facilities & lift, limited carpark lots, high maint fees, split level for each storey, no enbloc potiential. Only plus point is within 1km Taonan & Haig’s Girls School.
