Seems that it's not very well maintained. Saw crack of tiles in lift and pavements, except swimming looks fine. Hope the management will improve on these area. Not sure when is the next repaint!

Symphony Heights
Was looking for a unit along the belt because my good pal is staying there. So I have seen quite a fair share of units in most of the blocks.First of all, I like the architecture design. But for all units I have seen, original marble flooring and bathroom interior are all consistently badly laid and need some serious re-work. Thus, when buying a resale unit for personal stay, be ready to fork out additional 80-100k for renovation. Facing wise, if u get those facing bt batok hill is a plus, quiet and good fresh air in the morning. Or if u don't mind the traffic noise and dust, can consider those facing the main road, nice view tho but after a while, my friend don't even bother to open the balcony doors.Swimming pool is small for such a development. 2 x Tennis and squash courts are a definite plus. Gymm, suana, security are pretty standard. Underground carpark is well taken care of. One annoying thing is the single lane for incoming and outgoing traffic, can be a pain during peak hours.Price range wise, now pretty high and bank eval seems to lag behind asking price by as much as 80-90k. However, most singaporeans have lots of cash on hand, so may not be a big problem for those. For those wanting value for money, worthwhile to pay attention to surrounding developments as they seem to offer more realistic prices and more or less similar setting and facilities.

ok but far from great
Train noise 3-4 times a day; pool filled with loud kids; poorly laid out units - while a good size, they do not seem as big as smaller units because of design. Have lived here for 2 years but am happy my contract is finished. Circular balconies not very practical and road congestion due to MRT being built across the street (for next 4 years!)

Nice, Breezy & Peaceful
This condo sits on hill-top, which is a plus point for condo buyers as property experts always say "properties on elevated land have better value". So low floors also breezy!Pros:1) Breezy partly due to mountain (hill) air2) Nice facade - esp. round balconies, color 3) Nice pools - 3 in total4) convenient bus stop in front of condo5) generous grassland for children to play/run6) Safety at zebra crossing/hump in front (imp. for children)7) Railmall earby - Cold Storage, EAT!, Subway, etc.8) quite near future MRTCons:1) only space for 1 car at entrance - visitors' & resisdents' cars queue up & obstruct traffic along Hume Ave2) Not very good workmanship of marble flooring (construction boom then, so any untrained worker can lay tiles...)3) Few visitors car park lots4) KTM train noise occasionally
