Great properties... feel great!!
My family and I love the location, close to CBD. Very convenient to drive around. Public transportation is within reach, nearest bus stop is ~150M away where u can take it to any of the MRT stations - Boon Kheng or Potong Pasir, kids love it... got a good deal... only fall back currently is some development next door, but should complete by end of the year. -

Nice Serene Environment
Just bought a unit there as I fell in love with the peaceful serene environment. Prices were also very reasonable given its location, freehold tenure and considering the prices of the establishments beside. -

Too close to nearby developments
Viewed a few units here. Price is reasonable. But units are too close to next door developments. 2 new developments coming up right next door would block the view of many units. Next door landed houses likely to enbloc and will further obstruct views. Tried walking to Boon Keng MRT station and was sweating by the time I reached the station. Is more than 10 mins walk. -

Undervalued property in St. Michael
Definitely a good buy in St. Michael road. Good construction. Value for money. Next door city regency selling at 1000+~1300+ psf and look like a fragrance hotel ;p. Sunville is much nicer and the rooms are spacious. Only 700+ to 800+psf transacted. Sad to sell this place to move closer to the school of choice. :( -

Nice Place
Very nice facilities. Reasonable rental and very quiet and peaceful. I am glad I found the right place for rental, easily accessible to all location in Singapore. Like it! -

Excellent City Living style
Great location, great price and nice surrounding Lots of privacy and high potential growth area Surrounded with popular schools conveniently situated in between PIE and CTE, close proximity to CBD i.e. Orchard, Dhobby Ghaut, etc... -

Cozy and good privacy
I like the address, especially the street name.. I like the cozy and home-like environment with good privacy... the unit I checked out was nicely renovated and we feel great about it... the disadvantages is not so close to the MRT... but still within reach of a good 10 mins walk but the closest bus station is within very short distance. -

Too noisy and near expressways...
I have viewed a penthouse unit and too near the expressway and noise and air pollution can be quite bad during peak hours... It is not near MRT too. Price for this project has not been moving up as compared to the new projects nearby... -
