tucked away from main rd
Life at Sunville is good with the peaceful environment. condo is tucked away from the main road so I hardly notice traffic noise. getting to town is surprisingly quick though as quite central in St Michaels Rd. drive to Orchard in about 10 to 15 mins most mornings. aso plenty of buses nearby. Only thing is walking to Potong Pasir MRT takes about 20 mins, which is okay for us but can feel abit sian under the hot afternoon sun or drenchifying in the rain -

lowrise underrated freehold
got a unit at Sunvillemany years ago because wanted a freehold without paying thru my noses. til today I still think Sunville is quite underrated. estate is low-rised, quiet and v well maintained. while managment takes good care of the landscaping and the recent refurbishment made the common areas looks much nicer. Facilities simple but enough for my everyday use: theres gym, pool and BBQ. food no problem as coffeeshops and market within walking distance. Lots of greenery around and the pool is nice for an evening swim after work. -

good local neighbourhood
been living at Sunville since a year after moving to Singapore. What I like most is the atmosphere. The development has a relaxed, almost resort-like feel with mature trees and plenty of greenery. It's also surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the city centre. I often use the gym before work and the pool is rarely crowded, which is a bonus. The neighbourhood also has good local food options that aren't overrun with tourists.. I'm probably the only expat around! Lovely place to experience the true Singapore life. -

Great place with nearby good schools!
Freehold, just did R&R recently, looks much better now! Quiet and convenient place, away from expressway and main road. Linked to many expressways in less than 5min.:) Less than 5 min walk to bus stop where you can take buses to different mrt lines in just few stops.:) -

Big pool but far from public transport
Has a good-sized pool and gym, and family-friendly living environment. Landscaping is generally well maintained and there is even a small koi pond - occupies a good land area and is peaceful. The main downside is that the development is quite far in along St Michale/Jalan Taman road, and there is no shelter is you're walking to the bus stop along the main road. Boon Keng MRT is quite far away. -

huge aircon ledges??
I have been living here for almost 3 years. My unit have no bay window. I have seen other unit with bay window but not one with bay window in every single room. talk about huge aircond ledge, that is really funny. My aircond service man can barely walk on the ledge. only enough space for 3 compressors. talk about too close up. I do agree on some units are looking into the other condo yard. very far from any amenities? there are 3 coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk. the sport complex and stadium are less than 5 minutes walk, shelter are only build for HDB flats. The price for this place should be less than 1 million? I totally agree with that, if only we can bring back the time where else can you find a place at the city fringe and yet so quiet and peaceful? -

Bay Windows and Huge Aircon Ledges.
Visited a unit here previously. Living room was small and odd shape. All rooms had bay windows! And the aircon ledges were huge! The external surroundings of the building were very tight. Too close up. Other condos in the area were also too close up. The development itself was in really bad shape. What happened to the MO? Did not monitor the maintenance of the place. St. Michael's area is also very far from any amenities. Walk so far to find food places, what if it's raining. Quite torrid! The price for this place should be < S$1.0 mil, otherwise way too expensive. -

Great freehold property at City Fringe
Fell in love with a Sunville duplex penthouse unit and bought it within 2 days. Great unblocked view...can see Singapore Flyer and Marriot Hotel at Orchard Road. Double volume living room ceiling - 4.5m high! A grand entrance for guests. 3 balconies - 2 of which I use often. Have a piece of my own Singapore sky when sipping wine at my Master bedroom balcony in the evening, watching the stars. How many people can claim to do this in Singapore's city fringe? Sunville has one of the largest land area along St Michael's Road, and has the largest swimming pool. Swimming laps on a weekly basis. Great long term en-bloc potential, given that development is freehold, and only 10 storeys high. Newer developments along St Michael's Rd is already 30 storeys high. Distance to Boon Keng MRT not an issue...got used to the 10 min walk quickly. Many transport options to city. Recommend to anyone looking for value, great city fringe living and long term investment potential. -

Rare free hold units below $1000 psf!
Very rare freehold condo in central region below $1000psf! Just got a unit and find it a great place to live... Situated beside the Kallang river, enjoy the fresh breeze, at the intersection of CTE & PIE, mins to CBD. Taking a cab there is merely ~$5! It's definitely under value property worth investing. -
