  Suites at Orchard well maintained

  the common facilities in this condo are well-maintained, and the staff are helpful. pool faces the mall if you like that sorta thing (i do)

  living your best mall life!

  live in the heart of town at Suites at Orchard, just beside Plaza Singapura and Dhoby Ghaut MRT...short walk to the famous Orchard Road shopping belt too. everything you need in town is here. also close to education institutes like Sota and SMU, bunch of museums, many restaurants and offices. Price still okay at $1,775 - $2,497 psf.

  good steps to keep it private

  the biggest problem is that Suites at Orchard has a common corridor where public all walk, and residents need to go there to go into the lobby. crowded and easy for people to make unauthorised access into the building but security ensures a close watch, keeping it tight and safe. hardworking cleaners also ensure this common walkway is also kept clean.

  Great location but water leakage issue ongoin

  Great location as it is just beside Plaza Singapura and Dhoby Ghaut MRT. However due to water seepage issue, there has been repair works that has been on-going for more than a year without any progress, with mould build up and looks very unsightly. Hard to order in food or Grab private hire as guards cause a lot of inconvenience so I had to go to the main road to collect my food delivery on several occasions.
