  Awesome place

  I visited a friend there and was blown away. I've now asked my agent to fix mea few viewings cause me and my wife are seriously considering purchasing a unit there. Kinda disagree with a previous reviewer about the smells or smoke that he claimed he saw/smelled. My friend's unit is almost directly next to the food area next door and throughout the entire day, there weren't any food smells/smoke coming in the unit. Actually, to me I see it as a bonus to live so near food outlets, where I can be certain of dinner whenever the wife doesnt cook ;) And of course, as soon as I entered the development, I felt like I was in Bali..hahah. I've been to many condos/cluster houses in spore and I daresay that springhill is rather one in a million. Definitely a place I'm considering to purchase.

  Nearly purchase

  Nice resort feel cluster house, although maintainance can be better. Was presented 2 unit near the alternative exit door by the agent, my wife was over excited and i was about to discussed about purchase , WHEN comes a strong smell of cooking aroma. You know those strong cooking oil smell which stain your shirt ! Agent told me its just some neighbour cooking dinner. Decided to hold-on to the purchase and went to investigate. HOLI ! realise there is some 3-4 exhaust pipe from the restaurant next to the development ! PHEW ! We decided to KIV the purchase. Think better off buying those unit on the opposite facing. LUCKY.

  Nice resort feel........But those unit locate behind , near or next to the restaurant is having oily cooking smell and residue. It can be a long term headache. Also understand the maintainance fee are quite high.

  Good choice!

  Pretty cozy project.... Nice resort feeling.... with all condo facilities provided.... Very convenient with amenities just round the corner! Shopping complex from Capital land directly opposite only! Free shuttle bus to Yishun and Sembawang MRT! Food corners, yummies!!! Happy to have a unit there!
