sky terraces at many levels
there's no need to all squeeze for space and views at Spottiswoode 18. i love to enjoy the sky terraces at the various floors depending on my mood... 5, 14, 24 depending on how high you wanna go. all have good views and i love the wide open space. of course, go highest for both city and sea view -

fresh coat for fresh look!
can't believe Spottiswoode 18 is already crossed the 10 years mark hor. still looks so new and everything is well maintained including tennis court and swimming pools. it was recently repainted about 1yr ago and i love the fresh colours! -

quiet refuge near CBD
central location of Spottiswoode 18 is best, so near to cbd yet also feels peaceful due to the green space nearby and heritage shophouse around. easy to travel around, and the feel is more for singles, couples or expats... don't really have many kids here. freehold somemore. just waiting for the upcoming Cantonment MRT to make my commute even easier haha -

whew the view
stunning view from Spottiswoode 18 with panoramic views of the waterfront and city from the viewing decks at level 14 and 24. is wonderful to relax here ! -

centre of everything
Spottiswoode 18 feels like the epicentre of everything. great views, near to cbd, prime location, old yet new heritage blocks and cafes around with greenery from the nearby park/pcn, there is everything around me. even has tennis court, swimming pool. these are mostly at level 5 which also has bbq pits and large open space. -

recently repainted
10 years old but recently refreshed with a new coat of paint! this makes Spottiswoode 18 look as good as new! just be wary of all the construction in this area... high floor is best. -

Great location
The unit is nice and clean. It is very quiet and peaceful as mostly adults stay here. There is a nearby park where you can take a walk and enjoy some greenery after work. The condo is near to town with many amenities nearby at 100AM. -

Boutique Condo
It is located in the city with the close proximity of subway but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Quiet and green. -

Gets more and more noisy every day
1 bedroom, sea side. We have moved here about 1.5 years, can't wait to move out. Recently active works on Cantonment MRT began and every single day they do drilling, very loud, at random time. Background noise from highway can be heard even with closed windows. MRT Outram Park is 12 mins walk, supermarket 15 mins walk, returning uphill. Don't trust agents who say MRT is 5 mins! Didn't have any issues with security, don't know what is everyone complaining about. Nice Chinese old men, before there were two Indian men, also quite nice and cheerful. Facilities are ok, gym is tiny, jacuzzi is ice cold, BBQ pits under the sun (or rain) -
