Great location
The unit is nice and clean. It is very quiet and peaceful as mostly adults stay here. There is a nearby park where you can take a walk and enjoy some greenery after work. The condo is near to town with many amenities nearby at 100AM. -

Boutique Condo
It is located in the city with the close proximity of subway but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Quiet and green. -

Gets more and more noisy every day
1 bedroom, sea side. We have moved here about 1.5 years, can't wait to move out. Recently active works on Cantonment MRT began and every single day they do drilling, very loud, at random time. Background noise from highway can be heard even with closed windows. MRT Outram Park is 12 mins walk, supermarket 15 mins walk, returning uphill. Don't trust agents who say MRT is 5 mins!Didn't have any issues with security, don't know what is everyone complaining about. Nice Chinese old men, before there were two Indian men, also quite nice and cheerful.Facilities are ok, gym is tiny, jacuzzi is ice cold, BBQ pits under the sun (or rain) -

Great location, rude condo management
I agree with the rest of the reviews here that he condo management and security guards are extremely rude and very unhelpful. I should have known when they tried to make things difficult for my movers the first day I moved in and I have already applied for a move-in permit. I have heard several complaints from my neighbours too but most of them are renting so they can't do anything about it. I hope they change the condo management and security guards too, they act as if we the residents are their prisoners and they own the place. A pity cos the location is fantastic. Well, I will be moving to the opposite condo, Spottiswoode Residences now that rents are dropping and the units there are much bigger. -

Extremely noisy
Extremely noisy and dusty environment with the construction sites right next to you. Think twice if you choose the city side, be prepare the noise and anxiety caused even on a Saturday morning as they are working from 8am till 9pm. It's expected to be complete in June 2017. 15 mins walk to MRT station is still manageable but 25 mins walk to the nearest supermarket which is quite a long way esp under the hot weather here. -

Great location, terrible management
Location is great and the view is good on the sea facing (above level 24th). There is a construction site next door that is very noisy but well, it's a construction site and you definitely can't miss it. Noise from 8am to 7pm, 6 days a week. Please note that work is still going on from 7pm to 9pm but it supposed to be "not noisy work". The unit are tiny (shoe-box), the finishing of the flat is actually pretty good and the squarish layout is great.Otherwise agree with the previous reviews. The condo management and the guards are terrible.Side note: the pools were issued a NEA warning for being not suitable for swimming for a month between end of January and end of February. By the way, the booklet for rules, it's totally not up to date. From phone number to rules. Never give anything to deposit as well (cheque or else). Last but not least, the turnover rate is really high in the condo, every week you have people moving in and out. Every day you have agents organizing visits (to the point that some of them almost got into a fight with the guards), one of the lift (P1) is permanently fitted with moving protections. -

Terrible Management
Ok condo, about 1 year old.Management team seem incompetent & unhelpful, security team should be renamed "prison guards" because that's how they act.Pools are regularly closed & tenants are advised not to use because of water quality.Heavy construction going on at a neighboring development until July 2017Apart from that, it's a good location to live. -

Recently completed. Very quiet location next to Everton Park Conservation shophouses. quite a sight to pass through everyday. Very close to chinatown and district district and heartland on the other side. Some units will get nice views of the sea port. -

Horrible management
This new condo has a horrible management team. They have unreasonably strict rules, they would not open the car park gate if you take a taxi in unless you SHOW them you have luggage or grocery. That means you have to get out of the taxi and explain...it's ridiculous. They make all the delivery guy park outside of the condo etc. the main person in charge has huge attitude problem, he must have thought he is the boss, I have met so many people living in this condo complaining about him. I am posting it here so that the developer is aware. -
