Moving out
Our lease is coming to and end and we can finally move out of this poorly managed condo. Upkeep is very poor. Dogs (my wife has counted more than 20 making their rounds early in the morning) urinate all over the walkways and green patches, resulting in a constant stench. Often, faeces are not picked up. If you have kids, you will not want them to do down and play in this mess. At least in 3 of units, dogs are locked out on the balconies, where they bark for hours, including evening, weekends and nights, and the echo is magnified within the compound. Management does not enforce any of the rules, and does not really care about founded complaints. Stagnant water after rainfalls covers the walkways for hours. In addition to the barking dogs and street noise, a new construction site coming up across the road where a Petrol Station used to be. If you even consider this place, check out the traffic jams around 8 am into town, and the same thing out of town in the evening. Black car and bus exhaust residue covers everything in the house within a week of cleaning. Can imagine this is quite bad for the lungs. Rent is ok, but you get what you pay for. -

Quite an old condo. Upkeep also quite poor. Although quite convenient, but most of the units noisy; esp those facing the main road. Those inside would hv railway noise. Construction work from the developer is also poor. Stayed here for a year but decided to shift out due the noise and birds ( terrible between the 7 to 8pm time). Rental is quite okay; can get one for $2.5K to $3K for a 3+1 units -
