Not children or tenant friendly
We absolutely love greenery and the units facing the green bukit timah nature reserve are really nice. But once we moved (paying a premium for green facing) we realized how horrible to condo management is. They put kids as last prioririty, they cannot play ball games, they close the pool on school holidays so often for months on end for repair, they don't manage mosquitoes or do regular fumigation etc. So kids can literally do nothing in the condo. Worst is, if as a tenant you try to speak to the management they tell you on the face that tenants have no say, no voice. They listen only to landlords, and landlords mostly are old aged people or non residents who won't get involved in daily activities. So go figure! If you have kids, don't go for this condo. Idyllic living environment for nature lovers
Lovely place to bring up a young family, especially with so many good schools in the vicinity. Far enough from the madding crowd so that you never hear any traffic noise, yet just a stone's throw from eateries, malls and Beauty World mrt. Wonderful to wake up every morning to the smell of fresh air and birds singing in the trees. -

close to nature
This is the 99-year leasehold twin development to Southaven 2 (999 years). Layout of units is similarly spacious as is typical of older developments. It overlooks the nature reserve and is close to eateries -

Good property and locality
I have been living here since 2010. When I moved in, Southaven was already a popular condo due to its unique location in Upper Bukit Timah. This area is well connected to schools and other educational institutions, has many good eateries nearby, as well as easy access to healthcare facilities. I often go to Beauty World Centre, which is not to far from my condo, for shopping. -

Heavenly
Southaven near Clementi Park sits within nature. It’s located at the edge of the forest and central catchment area. I’m a nature lover with a keen eye for birds. Since renting a condo unit here, I've spent most of my free time in the balcony with my binoculars. The two-bedders go for a little over $2,000 per month which I think is a fair price. -
