  Premium with stunning views

  We barely qualified for the loan for a three-bedroom unit at South Beach Residences. For the price we paid for the unit, we probably could have found something a lot bigger elsewhere in Singapore, or even within the vicinity. However, this project really stands out. It’s a stunning building with beautifully designed apartments. As it sits on top of JW Marriott, the higher floors provide wonderful views out of every window.

  So luxurious

  I live in a two-bedroom unit on a lower floor at South Beach Residences. I can say that I have almost arrived in life just by owning a luxury apartment here. However, just before we purchased the apartment, I got the chance to view the penthouse unit. It’s such a luxurious 4,500 sq ft property with views to die for. I envy whoever is staying there now.

  Sweet sweet luxury

  When you’ve got a five-star hotel in the same development, surely the residential apartments above it are going to be spectacular. I invested in South Beach Residences knowing full well that it is going to incorporate luxury and style because JW Marriott is only a few floors below. We own a three-bedroom unit here. Since moving in, we prefer to host friends and family at home, rather than go outside because the experience is so lovely. The views and the cool breeze in the evening make every minute a wonderful memory.
