Good Location, but...
1km walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Lots of places to eat nearby. Nice pool area. But with the KTV next door, lots of "XiaoJie" living here and nearby. The hardscape makes for noisy evenings, and loud construction sounds during the day with no explanation from management.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Sophia Residence

Management Company

Superb location!

Poor quality and slow progress
The quality of exterior is terrible, super slow progress of the project, there are still a lot of work going on though the project was suppose to be completed much earlier. If you buy the place for rental, return is not going to be good, you will waste a lot of time. Driving to the place is very inconvenient with all the one way streets. The aircon from the commercial buildings are very noisy. Have seen the place once and do not want to go back again.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Most convenient spot in the city
I think this site is one of the most convenient location on the island, close to everything you can think of. Prime D9, within short walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and soon to be completed Bencoolen & Rochor stations connects it to 4 MRT lines (North-south, North East, Circle Line and Downtown line). This development has many water features which give serene feeling even though you are in the middle of the city. Nice rooftop gardens and great club house and swimming pool area give relaxing atmosphere. Shops, malls, offices, universities and amenities are all nearby. Even going to the movie needs just a short walk. Cathay and Plaza Sing almost right next door. There are some units which may face directly to shopping ctr, but there are also some which are facing nice vertical garden wall esp those nearer to Adis rd which is away from the main street.Was this review helpful?
