compact for singles or couples
Smart Suites at Sims Avenue is a popular choice for singles and couples. space is compact so might not be suitable for even small families and active pets. do note that there are a handful of parking lots for the total units, so alert your visitors in advance. fantastic convenience in a buzzing place with everything you need. including public transport. -

Smart choice in SIMs
location of Smart Suites - near both Paya Lebar and Aljunied MRTs already a win. many foods around to eat at all times of the night (24H). facilities, parking, freehold, price... all ok. -

A Disappointing and Frustrating Living Experi
The common areas are poorly maintained — lifts smell, floors are dirty, and the access door was broken for over a month, left open to the public. Noise is constant, from heavy road traffic to loud temple activities that make it difficult to rest. Each floor crams in 20 units, many of which are overcrowded with workers cooking pungent meals without ventilation. The first floor is especially shabby, with shirtless construction workers leaving doors open and loitering in common areas. The gym and pool are unusable — the gym is tiny, often overcrowded, and at times used by groups drinking alcohol at night. One night, a drunk resident shouted outside my door at 2 a.m., and despite reporting it to management, nothing was done. I’ve also had strangers attempt to open my door. -
