Iconic Condo
The condo is located in an extremely convenient location right inside city center. Train (MRT) is just 2-3 mins walk away. In fact one can walk to MRT under aircon comfort through icon village below. Bus stops are just right infront of the condo. Food and restaurants are everywhere within 50m. At entrance to condo, one can just turn right and icon village is right there. another 30 sec walk one can also reach the shopping center. There are at least 2 big supermarts (NTUC) and one operates 24 hours a day. There are also many convenient stores round the clock. Some of the historic buildings and eating places are also a very short walk away. The condo is iconic is right now it is the two highest residential buildings in Singapore. There are plenty of facilities spread over different floors in this 72 storey building. The most distinctive is the top of the building c rown open area where one can enjoy the top of the world building and the day and night scene. One can catch the ships moving or just enjoy the night breeze. Most of the units are small, suitable for singles or couples. The finishing is generally good. For singles, better to stay in the 1 room as the studios are a little small. Overall, enjoyed the place and it has been pleasant -

This is a skyscraper condo with 71 storeys and recently TOP. Sleek architectural design and located just right next to Altez and the Icon condo, it gives the other 2 condos a strong competition. It is popular among expats working in the Tanjong Pagar area who wants to walk or work. It is about less than 5 minute walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT station and a few minutes walk to the popular Tanjong Pagar food centre and market -
