A very centrally located development with plenty of amenities nearby. It’s only 5 mins walk to Somerset MRT and the soon to be open Great World MRT station, transport mode here is excellent. As this is not a large development, it’s exclusivity of only 3 and 4 bedroom configuration makes it a rather rare large format type of development that is more appealing nowadays and hard to come by especially for family who like more space. Nearby malls like 313 Somerset, Takashimaya, Paragon and Ion Orchard are all within a short walking distance. Overall, I give a 5 star for its convenience, surrounding and accessibility.

The balcony is my favorite
Skyline 360 stole my heart with its wraparound balconies, something I’ve wanted for a while. Not many will tell you this, but if you find a condo with an L-shaped balcony, go ahead and get it. The amount of space it frees up makes the apartment feel way larger than what you have paid for. From a convenience standpoint, Somerset MRT station is five minutes away and if you have kids, River Valley is the place to be. The project has a nice lap pool, children’s playground and a clubhouse.
