  Quiet and serene environment with breathe taking view of the resorvoir and golf course. Easy access to the expressway and north south highway will be ready by 2023 bringing greater covenience.

  condo review

  The condo is built in a way that there is a common air shaft at the side of the balcony shared amongst units from level 1 all the way up. As such the cigarette smokes and internal noise travel both upwards and downwards. Gravity brings small pieces such as cig butts n rubbish down the shaft. The balconies are shaped in a way that the units with pertruding balcony lacks privacy with the higher units peering down.
