Great !
The place though 10 years, is always alive with family and kids gathering. If you have kids, this condo surely has alot of interaction.Convenience wise, it is only 5-10mins leisure walk to Famous Chong Pang City, Chong Pang Nasi Lemak and Sembawang Shopping Centre.Northpoint and the upcoming Integrated Aircon interchange with Retail and comm development will surely be an attraction, which is only a mere 5 mins drive away or 10 mins by bus.If you are looking for Resort Living, look no further, this place offers peacefulness away from the bustle of city. -

Not bad
Big and sprawling, though old. For the current price it is still considered a steal, though it gets in the way of the helicopters. -

Haven
A peaceful sanctuary for relaxation and out-of-the-world feeling with the convenience of transport and accessibilty to the newly expanded Northpoint Shopping Mall, Sembawang Shopping Centre which is a stone's throw away (on foot) or in the famous Chong Pang Market where supplies of fresh food is always available. The shuttle service provided further enhances the ease to access to the above places mentioned. A safe haven for kids as well to jog and cycle on the track provided. An excellent resort-liked place for the young and old. -
