Lift lobby area not well lit
Mgmt should look into the issue - the lift lobby area is not well lit. Can be dangerous for the elderly and residents in general -

Quiet and peaceful
Great, resort style condo good for families and those working near Seletar area. Greenwich Mall is just in the corner, with gym, food, etc. Free shuttle bus to Yio Chiu Kang MRT by the condo. -

Resort style Condo
Nice condo with tasteful architecture feels like a resort in bali. management is a bit strict.even though far away from the MRT Station it is very well connect by Bus. greenwich mall just next door. -
