  Hidden Gem in a hidden enclave

  The area is extremely quiet, surrounded by landed and some other condos. Near enough the main road, yet not getting the roadside noises. For an older development, its extremely well maintained with a new swimming pool built in 2026. Extremely hard to find resale here, owners don't want to sell. Near enough to Beauty World, yet far enough for "peaceful" low density living. 1km to a top school, and opposite some niche cafes and restaurants, its really a hidden gem.

  Not really exciting communal area but featur

  Not really exciting communal area but features very practical, comfortable and down to earth layouts. Freehold and quiet environment.

  Supremely quiet

  Nice and spacious layout with high ceiling. Dual door/entrance. The best master bedroom configuration we have seen so far - with hidden toilet and a balcony that's not too oversized. Peaceful environment but may deem to be a little lifeless as there really isn't a very spectacular view from the living room. Recommended if you like a freehold property in a supremely quiet compound and not so particular about landscape design.
