  Incompetent Building Management - Unsafe Pool

  The MCST of this condominium has been incompetent and irresponsible in maintaining safety. Our child was trapped in the jacuzzi due to suction entrapment, a known hazard. There was constant maintenance before the incident, including work just two hours prior, yet no reasons were shared. On 5 March, they claimed an investigation was ongoing, but no root cause has ever been disclosed. Pools were reopened without explanation, and instead of fixing the fault, pumps were simply turned off, risking water quality. Requests for CCTV and maintenance records have been ignored. Residents, visitors, and potential tenants should demand answers on safety before trusting this property.

  Among all the facilities, the 2 olympic size

  Among all the facilities, the 2 olympic size swimming pools stand out. Unit designs are rather the norm.

  Good Property

  Seastrand is truly a special project with resort style design. Two main swimming pools are olympics size with BBQ pits along them (both covered and alfresco style). There are at least two smaller pools on third level and few jacuzzi pools on level 1 & 3. All units are either facing NS or EW making them good fengshui auspicious directions. Apartment layout is squarish, full marble tiles in living hall and toilets. Nicely done up like a 5 stars hotel. Some NS direction blocks are facing Pulau Ubin island which is a good 案山 (case mountain) that divert good energy into apartment. Worth considering for family or investment if property prices are reasonable. As the saying goes "大屋小屋不如吉屋" (an auspicious house is better than a big house). After comparing with other projects, this is definitely worth considering.
