Activities Galore and Convenience
Sea Esta has been an ideal place for us. The location at Pasir Ris Link means we’re close to Pasir Ris Beach and Downtown East, where we often enjoy family outings. The amenities are fantastic—my kids love the playground and swimming pools, while my wife and I appreciate the gym and BBQ areas for family gatherings. With several good schools like Casuarina Primary and Hai Sing Catholic nearby, the convenience is hard to beat. -

Delightful Seaside Living
Near the beach with delightful horizon views. Dual view units offer lovely scenery for us as we unwind over a glass of wine at the end of the day. Spacious livable layout also great for the children. Love this place! -

Unreasonable and ineffective management and s
I am a resident of Sea Esta and have been a resident for quite some time now. I have a complaint regarding how the staff here are not making me feel like I am a resident, instead, I feel like a prisoner being watched 24/7. I do not feel comfortable with the over-zealous security guards who ask excessive questions regarding me being a resident here. (Yes I get it’s their SOP to ask but why can’t they be nicer and less rude?) Even using public amenities such as the Gym will get interrogated. I just don’t feel welcomed in my own house at all. The point of the security guards are suppose to assure my safety and ensuring a pleasant stay in Sea Esta, ironically I feel the opposite. I feel uncomfortable all the time when using the facilities. Management needs to think from resident POV. -

Located at the very northern side of Pasir Ri
Located at the very northern side of Pasir Ris(Jalan Loyang Besar) where one can literally cross that 'thin' line into the sea coast. Too bad the coast is not designed for swimming. -

Ineffective Management Company
Sea Esta could be a 5 star development if not for the ineffective management and security companies. I would not recommend an investment until the Mgt company start acting on behalf of the residents -

A fabulous seafront living
Sea Esta is new condominium fronting paris ris park with peach and quiet and everyday here is like a stay-cation. -

Sea Esta is a rare jem beach-front living area located along Jalan Loyang Besar in Pasir Ris with close proximity to amenities such as Downtown East (NTUC), White Sands (NTUC), Loyang Mall (Sheng Siong), Elias Mall (Sheng Siong), E!Hub, upcoming International School (OFS), decent primary & secondary schools and a mid-term plan for future MRT extensions. The potential of returns are vast! -
