Prestigious Living in City
This is one of the few Freehold properties around the area which have famous yet economical eateries right at its doorstep. You can find Boon Tong Kee chicken rice, Fish porridge, a Muslim shop with best prata in Singapore !!! Highly recommended for investment. Best Condo layout with all 1-BR apartments, except penthouses. Excellent for those looking to stay in a cozy unit at prestigious neighbourhood. Orchard Road and Scotts is less than 1 km away. -

Gem in D10 !!!
RV Suites is a freehold development located along River Valley Road. It is minutes away from MRT and is close to Orchard Road (less than 1km). Facilities include a 43m lap pool, gym and BBQ area at sky terrace (poolside). The amenities nearby are big supermarkets, posh restaurants, eateries, GV cinema, and mega boutique tenants at Great World City (2 mins walk from RV Suites). There are many complimentary feeder bus services available at Great World City and along River Valley Road. These buses lead to Orchard Road and Chinatown. If you drive, it takes 5 mins to reach either CTE or ECP. -
