Unique Condo
Rosewood condo is an unique condo whereby you won't be facing any unit in front of you as the condo is built in a single file. Not like those with one block facing another block.. Because of this design, the unit has cross wind ventilation as the design is single loading. The orientation is North South facing. Hence no direct west sun. Very cooling throughout the year. There are 4 units per level with 2 lifts serving. Hence very exclusive . Internally, the layout is very spacious with big living and dining as well as the rooms. Flooring is marble and timber strip. Also this is the only condo that's walkable to Causeway Point and MRT. There is a side gate with bus stop directly outside . Direct bus to Causeway checkpoint. Also there is a direct bus to airport that using expressway. -

Best in the North we found .
Moved in not long ago. We’ve been viewing d25 condos for a quite while n eventually settled for this condo . The site area is larger than all , its landscape n buildings looks beautiful. The place is very well kept . We have young kids , facilities here is very impressive as they look v new . Tennis court , futsal , basket ball court , the playground is large n beautiful as compared to the rest of condo in d25 , 3 huge swimming pool , jacuzzi, steam room , ktv , outdoor exercise area with equipment, gym & function room , many relaxing sitting areas , bbq pits, convenient side gate with bus stop , walking distance to mrt . Larger interior than neighbouring projects, built quality is good , not those projects with thin walls. Very friendly neighbours . Maintenance fee is on lower side . -

Nice condo
Been staying here for 12 years.still love the location and atmosphere.furnishing are still very good due to good quality.our guests love and praise the environment especially the big site areas and very windy.very comfortable stsying here with well maintained and clean surrondings. -

Woodlands Gem Found!
Went around in Woodlands to find my next home. Almost bought Casablanca until we saw Rosewood and felt Rosewood unit and facade is bigger. And the devmt is near WL Mrt and the next Thomson line. -

Our 2 cents
Me & my partner have been house hunting for months, we have searched high and low, from North, East and West, based on our budget and preference. This condo was the first few that we saw amongst other 20-30 different condo units. And we are glad we did buy this condo. For us, there are few areas of consideration in buying a condo unit: Accessibility to nearby transport & amenities, Chance of cap appreciateion or rental yield, exclusivity (the latter is quiet important), and design As most people and even agent has pointed out the 1st and 2nd factors, we'd just elaborate more on the 3rd & 4th factor. When owning a condo unit, I would want to have the feeling of exclusivity not having a claustrophobic having the condo being too clustered or surrounded by high rise HDBs, and also easiness to get to your own unit without having to feel like walking through a labyrinth where there are lots of crying babies, people playing loud music/instruments, family feuds, wet clothes being hung, narrow pathway, and so forth. Yes there were a number of condo that has that "feel". Also, Some people don't mind having a crappy interior since they think they would easily renovate the space. We have seen lotsa HDB dwellers magically renovated their space to look like 5 star hotel room, and spent 50 - 100K, especially newlyweds. And just to find out that when they sold their house, after minusing off their spendings on renovation, CPF interest, furnitures, etc, they only got so little back in their hands. With this condo, we don't need to do much on the renovation, we would just furnish it as the basic interior has shown promising layout and design (i.e. bar concept and open kitchen, hotel-like bathroom, etc) Of course, this review is quite subjective, but it's our honest 2 cents. -

The Best!
Me & hubby were searching for a unit in Woodlands area last year. We thought of settling for Casablanca, though we've never been into any of its units. But our visits to several units in Casablanca were truly disappointing. Bad finishing, small bedrooms, funny windows etc. Nothing good about it except for its swimming pools and nice landscapes. We then shifted our attention to Rosewood. We saw 2 units there and liked both alot! It was love at first sight! Its finishing was way way better than Casablanca. We finally settled for the 2nd unit which is a penthouse. Bought it at good price and currently renting it out at a good yield=) So happy.... -

Rosewood
The condo is over priced for a development far away from the city. The unit is almost 10 years old after including 2 years of construction.Woodland cannot be compared to Tampines and Jurong East where a well developed business hub is in place. Living room is quite small for 1173 sqft and noise from the roadside can be unbearable. However, the facilities are well kept and maintained. Definitely too pricey at today market. -

Just ok
Been looking for a Condo in district 25. Seen a few units at rosewood but don't seems to be what I was looking for. Don't really like the feel and ambience. If the condo is facing the roads, the noise can be unbearable. -
