  Nice location But dense

  The plot is not that big. and there are quite a no. of buildings ard. Can feel quite dense. Looking at it makes one worry the Rochelle is too close to the neighboring buildings. the units facing the front are better but they are pricy.

  Viewed the showhouse and impressed by the spaciousness of the unit. Very good layout, good bedroom size. Love the connected walkway from kitchen to yard - lots of space of good interior design for a second balcony. Good prime district location for this price, near newton mrt, hawker centre, united square. Good value compared to other developments nearby.
