  Riz Haven is a true haven

  Quiet and tranquil, can even hear the bird songs and feel nature at Riz Haven. always so quiet and it is a joy to have stayed here. very relaxing

  Beachfront affordability with lots of rizz

  $2.5M for 4 bedroom unit, beachfront, 999-year leasehold what a good deal! better grab this unit for own stay don't mind the location is LOYANG because nothing in Singapore is too far. the best thing is private and quiet!

  One of the few condos in Singapore thats units facing the coastline and sea and having greeneries right in front. 999 year leashold and yet a 452sf unit starts from $552,000.

  Very quite & lovely place for natural lovers
