  sub $2M price tag

  Rezi 35 is freehold!! quite central location, units relatively big. but now i'm also looking at the sub $2M price tag, whenver i kinda feel like buying but not feasible at this point because don't wanna interrupt - my kids at the pri school now. super organised leh. if really need supplies, can head to City Paza, One KM and Tanjong Katong Complex.

  Rezi 35 is a lovely freehold that's quite new

  completed in 2020, Rezi 35 is quite new. well designed modern apartment, configuration for families with 3 br units, shopping at City Plaza, One KM and Tanjong Katong Complex. shop till you drop ah!
