  Extremely noisy. Interior and exterior wearin

  Views of concrete jungle, noises from left and right 2 condo constructions is unbearable. Windows not fully sealed, can hear vehicle noise at night. Loud water pump at night. Some birds sound in the midnight. Facilities booking are extremely expensive at hourly rate. Nice to see but not nice to live

  Excellent home

  Very well maintained grounds especially the large pools. Peaceful though it is in a prime and busy location. Good layout of homes. Professional mcst and security. Excellent transport links.

  Great facilities, BUT problem w public urinal

  Problem w persistent public urination by 1n resident. Smelly & dirty! 2BRM units in a particular block is unbearably hot in the PM! Layout is very bad. Rented for <1yr and couldn't take it anymore. glad 2 leave!

  Posh quality living

  Just moved into R@E after seeing the impressive facilities and peaceful resort like environment. The built quality is excellent with full marble built and high ceiling lobby make arriving home even more impressive. I been to countless condo and this place is truly lux 5 stars living and not crowded like most recent top condo. Looking forward the DT line completion.

  Excellent environment

  well maintained, a station away from Orchard nice pool area for function spacious park lot vs others - wider. only 30% of carpark is occupied. private lifts for all units
