Great View & Good environment.
Recently I've bought a high floor unit in Regentville that offers an unblock city view which can see the direct to Singapore Flyer. Great scenery & the fireworks during National Day & YOG are simply impressive. With Rosyth Primary school within 1 km vicinity, Chatsworth International School round the corner, Festive Mall with NTUC & various fastfood centers & Sakae Sushi, is really a very convenient place for my family and kids. I've no doubt that this will be a good investment for my family as the nearby developments of Scalar, Minton & Greenwich are already selling at > $1000 psf. -

Great Place to Stay
Very good location. Walking distance to my workplace at Serangoon North Ave 4. NTUC Extra is just stone away. Nice pool view and very windy at night. Love my home !! -

Recently sold my HDB and bought a unit at Regentville. It's extremely convenient to NTUC Extra. The facilities is OK. The gym is a bit small. The transportation is good where I have access to alot of buses. Overall impression is good. -

Regentville !! Value for Money !!
I just bought a unit at Regentville. Can clearly see the Sand Casino & Singapore eye. All the facilities are well maintained. The public area are very clean, always saw the cleaner cleaning & maintaining the condo. The management is very professional. Nice pool, BBQ Area tennis courts are well maintain. Plenty of parking space. Very closed to various amenities. Just right opposite the Hougang Point with NTUC Xtra, Kopitiam, Mac, KFC, Sushi Restaurant, Ah Mei Coffee Shop and etc .... 2 bus stop away from SangSiong. 3 bus stop away from Hougang Ave 4 wet market. 3 mins bus ride to Hougang Central. 8 mins bus ride to the NEX (New Serangoon Mega Mall). 8 mins bus ride to SengKang Central. 15 mins travel to the city. 15 mins away from the Airport. 5 mins away from Rosyth, Hougang Primary and etc ..... Very convient location. My wife love the place since moving in. The price is quite reasonable as compare to other condo within the same district. Nothing to complain with these kind of price tag. (The price of 2+1 unit can't even buy a HDB 4 Room Flat in the popular area such as Queenstown, Redhill or Bishan area.) -
