Buyer
No basement carpark so is extremely inconvenient rain or shine. Layout is no good with sharp corners making design odd looking and wasted space. Besides, fengshui can be challenging -

Good for families
Initially I moved due to primary school consideration and having little expectations for a 20 year old resale house. The initial impression was not great as its entrance to the lift is not as grand as I would like it to be. But having stayed here for a few months, I realised that it's convenient (with a shopping mall that is directly opposite) and the facilities are extensive, and most importantly, space is sufficiently large (since no balcony) i knocked down the kitchen wall, I have an island that is great for baking. The living space is big for my children to run around and to put a piano. The rooms are sufficiently big as compared to new condos. More so with the yard and a storeroom that can double up as helper room, makes it a good choice for large families. I am loving more each day. -

Outstanding value
I need to thank my agent who recommended this condo to me. I was planning to buy a unit in the new EC next door when she told me I get better value here with regentville still less than 20 years old ( built in 1999). I came to look and was convinced. Regentville looks less congested within a larger plot. And I paid under 900K for my three bedrooms, 1152 sq ft unit which is very good value ( maybe even underpriced haha). With fewer rules than EC because regentville is private development, this condo was a good choice. My agent is right - it was a no brainer that regentville is a better option. -

Well maintained condo; nice landscaping
We chose this condo for its proximity to good schools like Rosyth and the convenience of an NTUC hypermarket just across the road and a Sheng Shoong supermarket about 7 minutes walk away. This condo has two large pools, 4 tennis courts, gym, function rooms and children's playground but most striking is the clubhouse lounge which is styled like an airconditioned hotel lobby with comfy sofas, free newspapers and free wifi. We love reading in this space and watching the water features with their sprouting jets. A rooftop terrace above the clubhouse complete with barbecue facilities is a nice breezy place to hang out at night. But the best feature of Regentville is that the five blocks are detached and with ample space between them, unlike newer condos built like a giant slab of fortress, often with windows looking into one another. The detached tower blocks ensure privacy as well as guarantee that views are uninterrupted and unobscured. A side gate provides a short cut to a bus stop that enables one to take buses for just a few stops to Nex mall/ serangoon NE and central lines. And for late night suppers the 24 hour Ci Yuan community club is just two blocks away. But do avoid ground floor units as there is a lack of privacy with many people walking by your terrace. -

Convenient & well maintained property!
I moved into Regentville due to its proximity to my children's school and it has been great living here since. Considering its age, the condo facilities are still well maintained and landscaping is amazing. Hougang 1 shopping mall is across the street, and it's easy to get to Serangoon or Hougang mrt. Well, you don't get a swanky condo lobby, but you get a huge apartment, with many facilities to boot at a low maintenance fee. -

Great space for couples or families. All units have a view not facing each other. Very windy and cooling most of the time Nice neighbourhood living that is not too far from the city Accessible to many buses and trains Shopping mall with eateries and supermarket a stone throw away Quiet and peaceful at night well maintained for a 11 years old property -
