  Location

  3mins walk to Yew Tee MRT, Yew Tee Point . choices of 3 food courts...many other eatery, restaurant and fast food. Primary and Secondary School at walking distance. (try driving your kids every morning? ) busting with life at Yew Tee Point, Quiet and peaceful at Regent. not forgetting the new bicycle track just behind the condo near to Quintet . Full condo facilities....but other condo might not have hot spa and sauna.

  Poor finishing and property management

  Among all the condos that i have seen so far.. I must say that regent Grove has the worst quality and finishing. First of all, they provide homogeneous tiles instead of marbles flooring. Secondly there is no intercom and security is rather lenient in terms of vistors accessing the condo. Thirdly, the pool is really too small...

  Regent Grove

  The facilities are good. Great ambience. However, many of the units have noon sun and with the drop-down window, the unit will be very hot.

  Convenient

  Near Yew Tee MRT and yet not as noisy as Northvale which is near to Choa Chu Kang MRT station. Facilities are great with roof-top pool+BBQ pit, great ambience. Amenities very accessible. Things dislike are cramp compound and lobby, no function room available, occationally has foul smell from chicken farm nearby.

  Nice location, but very congested exteriors and not fit for families with children.
