Not a good place to live
The only good thing about the place is that it's reasonably quiet but this means that it is a FAR distance from amenities and facilities. Although it is only a bus stop away from Orchard, the frequency of the buses is very irregular. You usually have to wait 15-20 minutes for any bus to appear and in the morning during rush hours, you count yourself lucky to be able to squeeze into a bus. This means another 20 minutes of waiting and you are late for work again. Less complimentary is the attitude and speed of the management committee to fix any possible problem in your apartment. Basically, the people in charge of maintainance could not be bothered with fixing anything and you usually have to wait half a year for them to even respond to your requests, let alone fix anything. And these are only two of the problems..... if you have cash to spare, it is so much better to put it in rental on other developments around Orchard region .... -
