  A quiet place good for family with kids

  I rented a place at Pine Grove for a few years. I like the place. It is very convenient for kids to go swimming as the unit at 1C is a low level unit facing the swimming pool. The pool is a good size pool. Kids love it. It is convenient for kids to go to schools as well as going to office and buying groceries. It is quiet and convenient. Suitable for family with kids.

  very old condo

  We rented a flat there 2 years ago and just moved out. Most of the flats are big but old. The common area and club house are not in good maintain. The management is bad. Besides, all the car parks are without cover. Every morning must cleaned up bird dung before drive. The only merit is the quite environment.

  Pine Grove

  Unit interior is spacious and practical, but common areas are dilapidated and poorly maintained. Corridors looked as if they have not been cleaned for years. Lift lobbies are dark. Viewed several units. Price have gone way too high.

  Pine Grove

  Pine Grove is a great place for family. It has ample open space parking lots for visitors and family. A good size swimming pool and other facilities. I personally like the single level tower blocks and low rise blocks. But a word of caution, Pine Grove is going for enbloc with 80% of residents agreeable. If you buy in now, do prepare to folk out 16% seller stamp duty implemented this year 2011. With the high price (price on par with the enbloc sales) owners are asking now , buyers are going for a loss at MORE than 16% if it goes enbloc successful this year.
