So elegant
Penrose blends elegance and careful planning to create a very desirable project. No wonder when I was scouting, the most active sales agents were at the showflat. I’ve been told that since I booked my apartment, more than half the units at the property have been sold. I love the fact that the buildings are integrated with nature. This surely has a calming effect. What’s also nice is having all my requirements met at the property. I’m a lazy guy who doesn’t want to travel far for anything except work. The amenities at Penrose help out with that. -

Penrose the all-rounder
Aljunied MRT station on the East-West Line is right outside Penrose and it takes me about 10 minutes to get to Raffles Place where I work. Convenience aside, Penrose is the contemporary apartment I was looking for, and I got in right at the beginning so I had a choice of apartment sizes. There’s everything from a mini golf course to a lounge, laundrette, gym, pool, tennis courts and nearby shops. You name it and Penrose has got it. What a well-planned project! -

I'm an earlybird
Penrose is a brand new project and I guess they’ll take a few years to complete it. However, I wanted to invest in a new property this year, so I just went ahead and got myself a 3-bedroom unit for about $1.5 million. The time was just right and I’m confident this place is a good buy. I’ve not seen a longer list of amenities anywhere. The floor plan works for me and I got a larger 1,184 sq ft apartment that has a good amount of space. -
