Super Convenient Location, Modern Finishings
The layout for 1 bedder is amongst the best I've seen. Very squarish and minimum wastage, with storage room / bomb shelter. Kitchen has good sized built in fridge and the living room is surprisingly decent for its size. One of the cheapest freehold condos you can buy in Singapore. Yes it's opposite the red light zone but it's separated by the main Geylang Road. Around 7 minutes walk to the nearest Aljunied MRT and there are two 24-hour supermarkets within a block's distance, not to mention the countless eateries in the bustling Geylang area. Investment yield is super good at around 4.5% - 5% due to the recent hike in rental prices.If you have limited budget or just looking for investment, you can't go wrong with this apartment. -
