  integration solution

  Pasir Ris 8 is an integrated development that won Best Integrated Development (Singapore) in 2021 at this website's awards. just note that the condo carpark is along Pasir Ris drive 8, separate from the mall ya. i think it's good and bad to segregate. so you don't have public parking in your housing lots. less messy for the system also. just need to make the signage even bigger but all good.

  There are Pasir Ris 8. polyclinic, MRT, shopping mall, bus interchange, park, beach, sea... there's everything here that I need. such a convenient location.

  Charming underrated condo

  While many are flocking to buy new condos in the East exceeding $2500-2500psf, Pasir Ris 8 is great value for money. Some think it is far east but it has everything you need daily: 2 malls with lots of shops, 2 MRT lines (one still to be completed), a seaside park opposite for recreation. Surprisingly to many, Pasir ris central is not as congested as other town centrals due to lower housing density. Noise pollution not a major problem so far.
