Charming underrated condo
While many are flocking to buy new condos in the East exceeding $2500-2500psf, Pasir Ris 8 is great value for money. Some think it is far east but it has everything you need daily: 2 malls with lots of shops, 2 MRT lines (one still to be completed), a seaside park opposite for recreation. Surprisingly to many, Pasir ris central is not as congested as other town centrals due to lower housing density. Noise pollution not a major problem so far. -
