  Lack of facilities

  There is a lack of facilities in the condo and the surrounding as it's within a private estate encave. There is only 1 bus (bus 92) to Ghim Moh Market, which is about 800-900 meters away. So without bus 92, it would be a very long walk under the hot sun. There are some time limits for bus 92, for instance after 10pm, there will be no bus 92 operating. So if you work late or have late dinner, after 10pm, you need to walk all the way from Buona Vista MRT (the nearest MRT) which is about 1.5km away. This Parksuite is within Henry Park, so there is wall fencing at the ground (unlike most condo). This means all the residents from the private estate can just walk their dogs at Parksuite, or bring their children to play and run around.

  hilly walk from bus stop

  can be tiring to walk up everyday from the nearest bus stop at hill view brooks to parksuites condo. especially in hot sun, rain, with heavy groceries or carrying your child. the good thing is exercise and cardio done, but tough for seniors. girl always ask me to carry her and her school bag. good that is near Henry Park pri

  Friendly staff for welcoming atmosphere

  feel so welcomed here with the friendly staff who never fails to greet me with a smile even though it's late and they have been working the whole day already. maintenance is good so far and enjoying the facilities especially the community garden and jacuzzi. kids will like the wading pool i'm certain. very pet friendly, easy to walk dog on the grounds without venturing out. well thought out project by far east

  a mini private town within Parksuites

  just completed in 2023, Parksuites is like a mini town with a complex of shops, including grocery store, and playground and swings for the kiddos. feels good to walk around and love the on-site amenities. there are even vending machines for 24h neccessities like juices, bread and some packaged food. im so happy even if i'm just visiting my friend here for a look
