park myself at ParkSuites
i literally decided to "park" myself at Parksuites seeing that it's seamlessly integrated with the nearby Henry Park. the location is fantastic also... CS nearby, shops at ground level, central location so i can get easily to work, and sch behind for my children. compound is lovely as well, easy to walk around and spacious. -

well-planned layout
units at Parksuites are well planned in a capital "I" layout with nice views of lush park beside. some face the condo beside but also have views of the pool, unblocked views. my favourite is the inner view of this "I" because the park looks very beautiful and that is what I chose. -

literally living in a park
calming garden atmosphere with natural surroundings. Henry Park is right behind but feels so closely integrated with the seamless greenery grounds of Parksuites that it feels like I'm literally living in a park. prime location too, near schools (literally steps away) and close to the happening Holland Village. -

self-sufficient in a sense
there's not much direct connectivity to ParkSuites and not many amenities around. best suited for drivers (Dover MRT about 800m away). but it's an excellent living space for families. thoughtful to have some shops at ground floor including convenience store and cafe. just got my keys last year and love this modern yet tranquil living for unhurried mornings -

Regret renting it
Signed long term lease and regretting now as the shuttle bus service will end by 30 Apr. Without the shuttle bus, it's inconvenient to go to Buona Vista MRT or Holland Village MRT. These 2 are the nearest MRTs, and they are not within walking distance - both easily more than 1-1.5km away. There is no privacy as the condo is inside a NEA park, which means anyone can walk in or walk their dogs at the ground level. Sometimes, the ground has dog stools. -

Not accesible and no privacy
There is little privacy or exclusiveness you would normally expect from a condo, as the entire ground area is actually a NEA park which means all the non-residents from all the landed properties can come over to walk their dog, and use the facilities such as the playground. Sometimes, the ground area would have some dog stool. It is also a bit out of place in a landed properties area with 1 bus only to the nearest food center. The food center is about 750 meters away, so not very within walking distance especially under the hot sun without any shelter. Very inconvenient if want to buy food at night after 10pm, as there will be no more buses after that time. If hungry and need food, need to walk 750m to the coffee shops, and then abother 750m back to condo. -

A ghost town
The condo is completed in 2023, but is now like a ghost town. The grocery is no longer there, and the place become a student care center. Heard that the free shuttle bus to holland village is ending soon in Apr. This means this place becoming very accessible, as there is only 1 bus 92 with long intervals, especially the off-peak area. Surrounding the place is all landed properties so there is no amenities. The nearest one is Ghim Moh Wet Market and Hawker Center, but that is almost like 1km away, which is not walkable. -
