  Nice Devl't in a Bad Place

  Units are well fitted, but the property is set between no less than 4 other major condo developments under construction. Constant noise and dust will be your neighbors for some time. Typical of new condos, the bedrooms are sized for Lilliputians. And many have bay windows that mean giving up floor space for a raised deck for plants. The abundance of windows help to make the spaces fill spacious. Kitchens are fitted with high gloss cabinets and white counters that look great when new but scuff easily and are a hassle to maintain. Same is true for the abundant stainless steel used as backing for the cooktops. The bathrooms are well appointed with nice fixtures and good lighting, allbeit - massively heat-generating halogens. The common areas may be some the best features of this development with ample greenery and a rambling series of koi stocked ponds. There are even a dance studio, well equipped gym, function room, separate video room and as yet non-functioning music room.

  Quite a good project

  Park Infinia has great facilities which are unique, like the "volcano island". The outlook of the condo is quite modern, however the interiors do not quite match up. The interior colors are too light and makes the apartment look cheapskate. Darker and richer woods would've given a more posh look. The development has too many units at well over 400, which means exclusivity is sacrificed. Has many nearby amenities in the nearby malls like United Square. Is an extremely close drive to the Orchard shopping belt. Overall, the development is good, but units are mediocre.

  Parc Infinia

  Largest condo development in Novena/Newton area. Full facilities, in between Newton & Novena MRT. The only downside is few contructions around the condo area, facing is important.
