Park Infinia Review
Great space! Full condo facilities with huge pool and lovely pool. Two tennis courts, lovely koi pond, dancing studio, study room, two big function rooms, huge gym overlooking pool. Great access to MRT and amenities in Novena -

Strategic location
It is near United square ( walkable) and MRt . And it does has more common area than. Others in same neighbourhoods. It also demonstrate an expat warm community culture supported by the lovely condo staff and facilities. That said , internally : 1) car park is a maze 2) mosquito issue from the faulty design of bathroom ( sometime mosquito and sometime funny stench even after a few repairs by pro plumber . Do raise up the issue to have Reno or change of the bathroom work / kitchen before taking a lease or might as well not to take it . ; if not as long as the price jutisfy the value . It is an anchor point to bargain. -

Great landscape & Space
Great Landscape and Space to stroll. Excellent facilities. Side gate a short walk to United Square mall and 5min walk to MRT. Wonderful condo for singles and families. -

looked at several developments in Novena. This one has good facilities and space. might be subjective but you can always look around. -

Beware: Landlady of #09-13, Tower 6A
The condo is excellent value for money - great connectivity, amenities and facilities. MRT and shopping facilities are right next door. Most apartments have a lot of storage space and are nicely constructed. By far the best condo in the Newton/Novena area. But beware of landlady of Unit #09-13 of Tower 6A! Absolutely stingy and dishonest to the bone. She cheats tenants of their deposit. Speaking from personal experience. Delayed my deposit refund beyond 14 days and then refunded partially - only when threatened with a court case. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT IF YOU VALUE PEACE OF MIND! -

Very Homely condo to stay
This is a very nice condo to stay in. It is extremely convenient. There is a side gate which leads to United square next door which has lots of eateries and there are also nice little restaurants and pubs. Excellent for singles and couples as I find the landscaping and large greenery unique in this area. The condo is also very well maintained as there are also many owners who stay there. The condo has a family feel and it really feels like home. Buses, mrt and medical centers etc are so accessible. Most who have stayed here will tell you that it will be very hard to find a better condo than this in the area. -

Great development
Very nice landscape, the biggest in this area. Almost everyone will agree that once you step into the condo, the surrounding landscape, with the koi ponds, greenery and the wide spaces just wow you. The condo has 2 exits both for cars and side gates at thomson road and Lincoln road. No other condos has these unique exits. The gym is huge, it has a big reading room, music room etc. Excellent for families and also for singles. 1-2min walk to united square where you can find lots of eateries and shops. MRT is about 7-8 min walk and bus stops are everywhere. 3 shopping centers and 2 more mixed developments to come. Going to orchard and CBD is easy and near. Overall, a fantastic conveniently located condo with beautiful landscaping and extensive facilities which are very well kept. The best condo in the area. -
