Great landscape & Space

Beware: Landlady of #09-13, Tower 6A
The condo is excellent value for money - great connectivity, amenities and facilities. MRT and shopping facilities are right next door. Most apartments have a lot of storage space and are nicely constructed. By far the best condo in the Newton/Novena area. But beware of landlady of Unit #09-13 of Tower 6A! Absolutely stingy and dishonest to the bone. She cheats tenants of their deposit. Speaking from personal experience. Delayed my deposit refund beyond 14 days and then refunded partially - only when threatened with a court case. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT IF YOU VALUE PEACE OF MIND!Was this review helpful? Very Homely condo to stay
This is a very nice condo to stay in. It is extremely convenient. There is a side gate which leads to United square next door which has lots of eateries and there are also nice little restaurants and pubs. Excellent for singles and couples as I find the landscaping and large greenery unique in this area. The condo is also very well maintained as there are also many owners who stay there. The condo has a family feel and it really feels like home. Buses, mrt and medical centers etc are so accessible. Most who have stayed here will tell you that it will be very hard to find a better condo than this in the area.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Great development
Very nice landscape, the biggest in this area. Almost everyone will agree that once you step into the condo, the surrounding landscape, with the koi ponds, greenery and the wide spaces just wow you. The condo has 2 exits both for cars and side gates at thomson road and Lincoln road. No other condos has these unique exits. The gym is huge, it has a big reading room, music room etc. Excellent for families and also for singles. 1-2min walk to united square where you can find lots of eateries and shops. MRT is about 7-8 min walk and bus stops are everywhere. 3 shopping centers and 2 more mixed developments to come. Going to orchard and CBD is easy and near. Overall, a fantastic conveniently located condo with beautiful landscaping and extensive facilities which are very well kept. The best condo in the area.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Good Development
Biggest condo in D11. Nice development with huge spaces and nice gardens and walking areas, a very big pool. An excellent condo for family or singles. From the back gate, a short walk to United square and MRT. Prices have appreciated a lot though but for long term stay or investment, a good choice.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Good and Bad
Good - good location and especially favourable for children since it is near United Square and comes with facilities to wow the kids. Nice exterior facade and swimming pools to keep the kids entertained. Function rooms are also good to host special occasions. Bad - overcrowded. This project can be marketed easily as another EC/HDB condo project if not for the location. Interior looks inferior with wasted spaces. The crowded build-up meant a loss of privacy, very much similar to other mass-market condos in the north-east. View is dependent on the unit.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Best project in the Area
-in the heart of central area with good accessibility to transport, prestigious school, social amenities, shopping malls -largest development in the area with generous offering of landscape, facilities and recreation -Spacious development in a crowded residential area. -Proximity to famous orchard road -Nice orientation with no west sun and unblocked for most unitsWas this review helpful?
