Not worth it

Not a friendly place for young people, old condo, shoddy construction and slow repairs. Unreasonable neighbours and problems every other week. Avoid, much better options elsewhere. Don’t be lured by the seemingly “peaceful” environment, it’s toxic once you live here long enough. Totally not worth the buying or renting price.

Spacious with facilities

Spacious land space and full facilities. Lower floor units are a bit dark because it's situated on a hill and flanked by other developments in the Hume Ave area. Pavements can be a bit waterlogged and covered with leaves after heavy rain. But the higher floor units have a good view of the surrounding greenery. There are bus stops right outside, although to get to the future Hume MRT station will require quite a bit of walking (first along the road, then across the overhead bridge - part of this walk is sheltered)

Parc palais

Nice & quiet environment. Gives you a feeling that you are in a resort. Big estate allows family to do evening walk within the compound. Near to future Hume mrt is a plus.
