  hostel feel

  been house hunting southwest area, this by far the bottom list of all. No surprise as this developer famous for small mouse unit type with fast top but lousy build. developer max out all profitable space, so not family pro, and whole area so compact, feel like hostel than condo! i think the subsale will be bad, most are investors rush to buy in that year.i think also difficult to rent out too as is really damm small

  MRT but poor quality

  viewed the penthouse and another unit. Layout is very bad. wonder if architect put any thoughts into the design. Penthouse had a good sea view (PSA cranes!) and the balcony is excessively big. like all new development....i find it hard to believe the area stated. looks much smaller. common areas are very cramp. pool is just outside a roll of ground floor units. quality of build is poor. plenty of signs that the builder or developer save by using average materials. closets, flooring, windows ..even common area gates are not the best stuff. MRT is a big plus point, else i wouldn't even bother to see it. not sure how the place will look like in 2-3 years.

  quiet & convenient

  For sure this property will be a hit once the MRT comes up as it will be very convenient to head down town or any where else. The not so many units is also one of the drawing factor for this property.

  hidden gem

  the property will be high priced once the mrt starts operating from next yr.very near to the city.good investment

  Less units vs more units

  Yes the MRT is coming soon! Less than 3 mins walk. The driveway in and out of the place wont be packed unlike the PPHill side which will be a major problem for cars going up and coming down everyday. Across the street, 3 yrs development is already facing that everyday including the one next to HawPArVilla (almost completion)and the up & coming townhouses by largest Developer. The west coast highway, a better alternative than AYE!

  Convenience

  I think this property is going to be a great investment due to its convenience, convenience to MRT and amenities and great shopping centres, eg; Vivo City, Holland Village, etc.
