Just looked at the 1249sqft 2 bed + 1. I'm confident in saying this is the worst layout for a new condo in Singapore I have seen yet (yes, I've looked at more than just a few) The interior size and configuration made me laugh out loud. Small kitchen with very little bench or cupboard space. Bomb shelter is off the outdoor balcony/yard. Eliminates it as an option for many uses. Small living/supposed dining area, a good portion of which is largely unusuable for any significant furniture because of the walkway through to the master bedroom and location of the doors to the common bath and second bedroom. Bedrooms...suprise, they were small too. You could fit a Singapore-sized queen bed but little else in the master. The agent assured me a king size would fit - I don't doubt it but I like to walk on the floor to move around my bedroom, not climb over the bed. A single at most in the second. So how do you get 1249 sqft of floor space if everything inside is so small?...you put in spacious balconies of course. Why? Because it's cheaper to build outdoor space than it is to build interior space but you can still price it based on the total size I assume. A shame, because the location isn't too bad at all. Seems like a pleasant, quiet spot, reasonably good proximity to services - Newton MRT, buses, Novena square etc all within a 10 minute-ish walk, so it's easy to get anywhere you want to be. Facilities are about what you'd expect, a decent pool. Didn't bother looking or asking if there's anything more. I'm not going to bother rating this disappointment. Crap like this will become difficult to offload for owners when the residential property market in Singapore takes it's inevitable slide.

Hidden gem in the city
Location is great-MRT, shopping at Novena, Newton food centre, Scotts Road, yet surrounded by greenery- quiet and very breezy! Private lift and nice pool. Value for money for District 9!

Small and cramped
This condo is small and cramped. The surrounding condos are better choices at better prices, I would avoid this condo
