  Good location in District 9. Freehold & easy access to Newton & Novena MRT. Orchard Road shopping is just nearby. Short stroll to United Square & Novena Velocity / Square 2 for groceries & Newton Food Centre for wide choices of food. Various prestigious schools nearby too. Higher floor units enjoy unblocked million dollar Marina Bay Sands MBS / CBD / Orchard Road views. Highly recommended!

  Freehold 10yr old condo with good relative va

  Dist 9 location.3bdrm 1550sqft perfect for family of 5. Son got into ACSJunior(within 1km). Easy 1min drive to United Sq tuition centres. Reno done enlarged spaces using ziptrack &hacked walls.

  Beautiful condo..beautiful view

  By far one of the best views I've seen for a condo..small project but decent size pool n gym..good value for yr money. Layouts r good ..perfect for those who love outdoor space. Nice function room.

  Lovely boutique development with gorgeous vie

  Smaller compared to the developments in this district,but quality of finishings n facilities r high quality.The breathtaking view facing the novena side is worth more than a million dollars! Love it!

  Good Development for Investment in D09/D10

  Viewed all 3 layouts. 2brm 1163sqft is best. Regular layout, no bay windows, proper kitchen/yard & awesome view! Low psf for D09/D10. 3brm 1249 sqft layout is odd though. Undervalued in my opinion.

  One of the condos along Kampong Java Road and about 5-10 minutes walk to Newton MRT Station. Modern single block with 51 units

  Exclusive and Prestigious Condo

  When I look at a property, it is location, location and location. It is between 2 MRT stations, Newton and Novena! The condo and the surroundings are appealing. The private lift and the beautiful balconies are features that make the apartment exclusive. The view is great. Generally, I like the ambience.

  Sell on balcony

  Was at the estate over the weekend hoping to see a nice development. Saw the 2+1 unit. OMG, the layout was crap. the third room had a space smaller than my office desk. Kitchen "was somewhere" so was the so called living room. But balcony was large and nice. If you could sleep in the balcony... buy it. Else walk away. Oh, monthly maintenance was huge!! come on... for a small space. Like paying a car monthly installment
