Best condo with the best location
5 min walk to the bustling orchard/Somerset but yet tucked in a quiet & peaceful street away from the buzz. It’s the perfect combination. Excellent well maintained facilities. -

All that glisters is not gold !
Im living here, not obviously an agent writing bogus rubbish to hook in unsuspecting foolsThis development is a triumph of form over function. Design led is an understatement with so many in and external amenities making practical and easy living extremely challenging.I have in hindsight stupidly taken a one bedroom apartment . The furniture set especially the pull out couch is ridiculously small and uncomfortable , the water pressure sucks and if you have the shower on it won't run in the 'kitchen' cupboard thing. There are no power points in the kitchen cupboard so forget toasters coffee machines etc unless you want them sitting on the floor in your living room. The bathroom has the clothes cupboard in it so is impossible to not keep your clothes from becoming damp and smelling without having the bathroom door open at all times even with guests in the apartment !The shower head is pitiful in circumference add to that the poor water pressure and its an unsatisfying experience in the extreme. The aircon runs at 55+ decibels so is akin to sitting all night in a quiet street. The balcony door has already broken with the lock literally disintegrating when closing the patio door.. that's not the full challenge but lets move to the outside and amenities.. so the covered walk ways don't cover when it rains making the pavements dangerous under foot... The pool and sunbathing area is ridiculously small with some 12 or so loungers for literally hundreds of apartments... the BBQ area is great but you had better hope it doesn't rain when you are having one as the seating/table is not covered and don't forget when your relaxing outside to take your earplugs/headphones as this urban paradise is bang on top of the extremely busy grange road... I'm getting bored the list goes on and don't get me started on the management team and there apathetic approach to anyone that lives there.... don't make the mistakes I have made forewarned is forearmed so give this one a wide berth -
