Spacious apartment near Orchard Rd
Walking distance to Tanglin mall and Orchard Boulevard MRT. There aren’t any facilities but the location more than makes up for it. -

Quiet Orchard living: Big units, amazing neig
Building lacks amenities and facilities but the size of units is very generous and the very close proximity to mrt, bus and walking distance to Tanglin & Orchard is unbeatable. Really great neighbors too! -

Not much to say
Space indoors is fair. But lifts seem like a hazard. No shelter at dropoff so always getting wet when rain. No facilities unless you can refer to some parking which is never enough. Neighbours seem friendly. -

very basic, no facilities at all.
Really nothing to say. Just a building. Two units per floor. Lifts are sometimes scary to use. Spacious units. However the building has no facilities except for the lifts. Wish there could be more. Like a shelter at drop off area for when it rains. Door to door Orchard mrt is 20mins walk away. Bus stop is close but only one bus line. New MRT will be 8mins walk away expected in 2023. -
