Best condo for family and long term residents
Will manager, continues to be refreshed with new facilities, green fixtures, right next to three MRT station, supermarket. Large number of facilities (including top notch sky gym) means they are never crowded unlike other properties nearby. Biometric access super convenient, never need to carry card to access home. Units much larger than other condos nearby. Right next to marina bay and gardens by the bay tracks -

Lived Here Since TOP
One of the few condos in the area that only gets better with age. The management is great and the upgrades in the children's area and the commons by the pool are just fantastic. It is a perfect condo for young families. Near the CBD and walking distance to the MRT and Marina Bay. -

Attractively priced and underrated developmen
I've been staying at One Shenton for 5years and it's a great development. The management is consistently doing upgrading works to the place. There's a good concierge and service. The area has lots of great food options - restaurants, cafes, hawkers and the convenience of an MRT close by. The development is very well maintained and I love being in the vicinity of the marina bay especially at night and on weekends. It is very affordable and the common areas and exterior is very luxurious. Will definitely recommend. -

The most underrated luxury condominium in CBD
The juxtaposition of the two towers is a delight to watch when light hits n reflects off the gleaming gold n silver facades. The metal crown on the two towers are like the icing to a cake. Walking in to the Concierge lobby gives you a welcome home flair like you have landed in Singapore Changi Airport. It is the vibe that other adjacent condominiums miss, perhaps they give the feeling like you have entered another office block. The various Club levels are very well appointed by the architect n developer with outstanding class of luxury n exclusivity. Although One Shenton is almost 10 yrs fm completion date, it is very well maintained and the timelessness can be felt instantly. Ample residents parking and 4 train stations within 1-3 mins walk. Gifted with City and Bay shop and dine. -

Great condo but stay away from unit 12-08
This is a great condo. I stayed there for three years and loved the location, convenience, facilities, and building staff. Just stay away from unit 12-08 because the landlord will withhold your deposit upon move-out and ask you to paint for the costs of repainting the walls, repolishing the floor, etc. I had to file a claim at SCT to get my money back. -

One Shenton is a Class Act
The building locality is hard to match. One side has SGX where I work and Asia Square just behind it. Marina Bay is a way down the street and the MRT is now just downstairs via the downtown line. The building is on Shenton Way and is clad in gold and silver. It's perfect for city living and has a good balance of locals and expats. The F&B downstairs is finally sorted and is buzzing during the weekday working hours. It's a very good property to invest in and live in. You can't go wrong here. -

One Shenton 2016
This condo is great. I've been here for two years. Asia Square is as far away as any other building in a city. The view is beautiful at night and the location is brilliant. Have a drink at the Asia Square Westin or a Workout at Pure Fitness. The F&B is really filling out downstairs. This apartment has balconies and is quite grand when you walk into the lobby. It's not trashy like the Sale with prostitutes making their way home on Sunday mornings. This building is home to mostly family people and singles. Love it here. -

One Shenton
The other end of the Chinatown. The building is old but still relatively well maintained. Some shops below and yes, MRT stationat its doorstep -

Clift is Better
In comparison, the Clift is better then One Shenton. Although it is not as flashy from the exterior, the view from the unit is unblocked whether facing Duxton or Amoy. You can see far. The finish is quite good. And the pool is open to the sky yet at the same time surprisingly quiet in the midst of CBD. 5 mins to MRT. -

Asia Square people are watching you, & more
- The Asia Square buildings are so close and you feel like being watched by everybody there . Forget about opening your curtains if you want privacy. - Almost everything in this area is closed on weekend. LauPaSat food is horrible. - No good supermarkets nearby. - The closest MRT station is about 15 min walk. -
