Great central location with first class public transport at doorstep hence the ease of travel throughout the island city. Another bonus is a blissful hill park that is right next to it.

My parents used to own an apartment at Pearl Bank Apartments. With One Pearl Bank coming up on that same location, towering higher into the sky with its beautifully designed facade, it makes me nostalgic. I have purchased a condo here and can’t wait to move in and have my parents over. My childhood was spent in this area, and now my children will have the same experience, in a more modern setting.
The view from the top of One Pearl Bank should be amazing. It’s a 39-storey tower and I purchased my condo on the 33rd floor which will offer sea views. The other side has views of Tiong Bahru and other parts of Singapore. The property will come with all the modern amenities as well as floor to ceiling windows and spacious rooms. That it’s got a bit of history is an added bonus.
My business is located in Chinatown, so I’ve been wanting to move closer to work. Recently, I bought a new condo unit at One Pearl Bank in District 2. While it’s not one of those apartments with a garden, the interesting thing about this development is that there will be 18 gardens within the property where the residents can grow their own fruits and vegetables. I love the hipster cafes in the vicinity that serve delicious food and coffee.
