carpark has network
this is a blessing for delivery riders, visitors and even residents. the basement carpark has full network coverage even at B3. went to some other carparks and so annoying because I need to msg or call ppl and always cut off and msg cannot go through but here is great. that day many groceries but can call and my helper can come and help me quickly. my friends visiting or delivery ppl can also call me even at carpark so i can go down to greet them if need. -

pano view at 39 flr
The views at the 39 floor of One Pearl Bank are fantastic with panorama and night is even more dreamy. it's very windy also, and the gym is also located at the top so i can workout and feel more motivated like im running on top of the world -

Pearl Bank renewed
formerly the Pearl Bank Apartments, now reborn under CapitaLand as One Pearl Bank condo. retaining elements of the previous rotound design, but elevated with modern design, green elements and the latest fittings and facilities. it's great whenever i drive past. -

Right next ot the CBD which means travel convenience and unrivalled CBD views of the skyscrapers. Endless shophouses to explore. 10/10 Dream place to live. -

Perfect location with efficient room layout a
Ideally located next to Outram Park with direct access to three MRT lines. The 700 sqf room is efficiently designed with no wasted space, offering stunning views from both the balcony and rooftop. Facilities are modern and well-maintained, with a particularly nice pool. -

perfect location, efficient layouts
One Pearl Bank is a new condo (TOP in 2024), perfectly located right next to Outram MRT with 3 lines and several bus lines. The layout (700 sqf) is efficient with no loss of space. The views are stunning. Facilities excellent. -

How was Tiong Seng appointed as main contract
Your guess as good as mine! More than a month to coordinate with defect inspection team (3 meetings) and many items like shower door, toilet cover, no biget! In toilet, window frames, rusty balcony railing....how did BCA approve TOP? Because this is Capitaland project, Tiong Seng history, not to pay liquidated damage, 2019 to now still not able to complete well when Tiong Seng Sloane Residences and other developers/contractors could despite COVID...treating us like fools which we are. Everyone keeping mumbs , worried rental and resale price will drop. Only silly Chinese and expats will rent. Promised shelter walkway to MRT stations still in URA master plan. Is that consider a cheat marketing by developer? -

Sub-quality construction
This development is a rush job and under-funded, Leakimg carparks, ponding of rainwater beside lift lobbies, rusty railings, patchy paintworks, some balconies leaking underneath, rear aircon ledges of some units not properly done. -
