Perfect location with efficient room layout a
Ideally located next to Outram Park with direct access to three MRT lines. The 700 sqf room is efficiently designed with no wasted space, offering stunning views from both the balcony and rooftop. Facilities are modern and well-maintained, with a particularly nice pool. -

perfect location, efficient layouts
One Pearl Bank is a new condo (TOP in 2024), perfectly located right next to Outram MRT with 3 lines and several bus lines. The layout (700 sqf) is efficient with no loss of space. The views are stunning. Facilities excellent. -

How was Tiong Seng appointed as main contract
Your guess as good as mine! More than a month to coordinate with defect inspection team (3 meetings) and many items like shower door, toilet cover, no biget! In toilet, window frames, rusty balcony railing....how did BCA approve TOP? Because this is Capitaland project, Tiong Seng history, not to pay liquidated damage, 2019 to now still not able to complete well when Tiong Seng Sloane Residences and other developers/contractors could despite COVID...treating us like fools which we are. Everyone keeping mumbs , worried rental and resale price will drop. Only silly Chinese and expats will rent. Promised shelter walkway to MRT stations still in URA master plan. Is that consider a cheat marketing by developer? -

Sub-quality construction
This development is a rush job and under-funded, Leakimg carparks, ponding of rainwater beside lift lobbies, rusty railings, patchy paintworks, some balconies leaking underneath, rear aircon ledges of some units not properly done. -

One Pearl Bank
From this soaring height, the view is panarama view of the city. I also love the view of the Pearl Hill with the swimming pool right before my eyes. -

Super convenient
Great central location with first class public transport at doorstep hence the ease of travel throughout the island city. Another bonus is a blissful hill park that is right next to it. -

Childhood memories
My parents used to own an apartment at Pearl Bank Apartments. With One Pearl Bank coming up on that same location, towering higher into the sky with its beautifully designed facade, it makes me nostalgic. I have purchased a condo here and can’t wait to move in and have my parents over. My childhood was spent in this area, and now my children will have the same experience, in a more modern setting. -

Spectacular views
The view from the top of One Pearl Bank should be amazing. It’s a 39-storey tower and I purchased my condo on the 33rd floor which will offer sea views. The other side has views of Tiong Bahru and other parts of Singapore. The property will come with all the modern amenities as well as floor to ceiling windows and spacious rooms. That it’s got a bit of history is an added bonus. -
